Castle is pleased to have effected the introduction of UK based targets to two acquisitive United States groups.

• Avnet Inc, Arizona (via their UK subsidiary, Alpha 3 Manufacturing Ltd) have acquired Tekdata Interconnections Ltd, a Midlands based supplier of high end cabling and interconnections.
• DAE Systems Corporation, California, have purchased Wiltshire based Colston Engineering Services Ltd.

Castle director, Colin Harvey, effected both introductions and is currently looking to make further connections for clients in the UK and abroad.
